The concept of TenantTalks is modelled on the work of Mary Crooks and the Victorian Women’s Trust. Three principles underpin this model: comprehensiveness, traceability, and faithfulness.
- Comprehensiveness: everything gets captured. Things don’t get left out.
- Traceability: you'll be able to see your words reflected in the final report (words will be anonymous).
- Faithfulness: any summary will be accurate and authentic to the final meaning.
